Times:Weekends 5:30 - 8:00pm or 8:00 - 10:00pm (Note. Lights turn out right at 10:00pm)
Location:City of Frederick Softball fields, Max Kehne(7th Street), Riverwalk, and Walnut Ridge, Riverwalk
Notes: There will be a mandatory coaches/managers meeting August 14th at 6:30pm at the Wm. Talley Rec Center located at 121 North Bentz Street, Frederick MD 21701.
 
Team Fee

Please make a check out to City of Frederick. $640 mixed rate. Check or credit card are accepted for payment. Please make check payment at Wm. Talley Rec Center Registration Desk. You can call 301-600-1492 and pay with credit card over the phone. You must have 30% city residents to qualify for the mixed rate.

The easiest way to make your payment for the fall season is to call our all Program Registration Desk at 301-600-1492. Program Registration Desk hours are Monday through Friday from8:30am - 6:30pm. We can accept credit cards over the phone and will email your receipt.

Additional Fees - Must be paid at the coaches meeting

ASA Sanction Fee - $30 per team per year. Must be paid at the coaches meeting if team has not already paid for the year. Form of payment is a check made out to Maryland USA Softball MD-DC-DE brought to the coaches meeting.

Umpire Scheduling Fee - $25 per season. Must be paid at the coaches meeting. Form of payment is a check made out to Frederick/Washington County ASA Softball brought to the coaches meeting.

Important Information

No case for any payments. Please keep team receipts until the end of the season. Schedule Request and Coaches Contact information is due by the Coaches meeting.
