About the Instructor
Cain Yentzer is adeot ub tge science and practice of Tai-Chi. Educated in Washington D.C. at the Great River Taoist Center and in the Republic of China at The National Tai-Chi Ch'uan Association. He has since gone on to teach Tai-Chi in both the Far-East and West. His greatest pleasure is helping others find true healing and inner peace.

New Beginners Tai-Chi Class
Ages: 16 an up
Dates: Tuesdays, 2/10 to 5/10
Time: 6:15pm-7:15pm

This class is the first in a 3-part series on Zheng Man Ching's 37 Postures or movements.  Students will learn the principles of Tai-Chi and Tai-Chi body mechanics that help open the body and concentrate "Chi" bringing with it deep relation and health. This traditional instruction offers Tai Chi in its centuries ikd spirit. It is designed for students seeking an authentic approach to the time honored practice.
