The State Highway Administration (SHA) will remove a diseased American Elm Tree located on the Golden Mile at the intersection of Rt. 40 and Willowdale Drive on June 2, 2008.

Taxicab Commission to Hold Lottery

The City of Frederick Taxicab Commission will hold a lottery for six new taxicab permits on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 9:00 AM. in the Boardroom at City Hall located at 101 North Court Street, Frederick, Maryland. 

Lane Closure on Elm Street

The City of Frederick has granted a lane closure permit for one lane of Elm Street between Park Avenue and Grace Alley to allow Washington Gas to hook up service to 519 Elm Street.
